Placing an order is super easy! Simply select an item, choose your preferred colour and size, then click on ‘add to cart’. Proceed to the checkout page, add your preferred payment method, click on place order and you are all done!
As soon as you place an order, you will instantly receive an email confirmation with your order number. In the rare case that you do not receive the email, please be sure to check your spam folder!
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that also contains your tracking number. It takes approximately 3-5 working days for tracking information to become available.
Tracking your order is super easy! Once your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link you can use to track your order.
Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number for your order, as we have multiple partners globally.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) as well as Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Due to the fact that we work with multiple global partners, occasionally, you may receive your order in separate packages. Don’t worry at all, the rest is on it’s way!
Our wonderful pets come in different shapes and sizes and we are here to help you choose the correct size! Our size charts include an image that shows you how to measure your pet. Also, we have created unique size charts for each of our products as they have different fits, so make sure to check the dedicated size chart of every product you are interested in purchasing.
Our goal is to make our customers’ lives as easy as possible! In our product descriptions you will be able to see whether or not the product includes batteries, as well as the battery type needed.
At the moment, we do not do fully customised products. But, we do have selected dog and cat collars that can be customised with your pet’s name and your phone number, as well as cushions and hoodies.
