SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Currently, we ship to Australia, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.  

We currently have 2 shipping options available. Standard shipping with a flat rate fee of £2.99 for orders below £45 and free shipping for orders over £45!

Once your order has been shipped and is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that also contains your tracking number. It takes approximately 3-5 working days for tracking information to become available.

Once your order is shipped, our estimated delivery time is between 5 to 17 working days, depending on your location.

Tracking your order is super easy! Once your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link you can use to track your order.

Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number for your order, as we have multiple partners globally. 

We are more than happy to offer a refund or a replacement in the rare case that an item is defective or damaged. Please carefully inspect your products as soon as you receive them as you have 14 days to make a request through here.

To receive a refund or a replacement, we need proof of the problem in the form of a photo or video, your order number, and a short description of the issue. 

Currently, we are unable to offer free returns or a replacement if the item does not fit.

However, in the rare case that our size chart is incorrect, we are more than happy to offer a refund or a replacement.  Please carefully inspect your products as soon as you receive them as you have 14 days to make a request through here.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Petiboo. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected charges at your end.
